Aspects to - and from - the angles and house cusps!

If you are doing a graph for someone for whom you have a reliable time of birth, you'll usually want to include transits to the angles, and perhaps to the house cusps as well. OMNICYCLES astrology software lets you include these, as well as the transits to the Vertex and East point. Choose any of the common house systems: Placidus, Koch, Regiomontanus, Campanus, Meridian, Morinus, Topocentric, Porphyry, 2 types of equal house system (30° houses beginning with either the Ascendent or the Sun); or, if you prefer, use no houses at all.

And for "fine-tuning" your predictions, you may even use the transits OF the angles and house cusps to any or all of the natal factors! We have seen again and again that (for example) the transits of the Ascendent/Descendent, Midheaven/Lower Heaven over important natal chart factors correspond to those little "ups and downs" during the course of an individual's day. For instance, you might receive a visit, or a phone call, when the transiting Ascendent contacts your Mercury, or may feel experience some little frustration when the Midheaven forms an aspect to your Saturn. You´ll be able to prepare files which include any combination of such transits that you want. For example, you might want to have a file which uses only the transits of the Ascendent, Vertex and East Point... no problem with OMNICYCLES!

The flexibility which OMNICYCLES offers is especially helpful if you wish to create aspect files for different areas of life. For example, you might want to create a file for the area of money and finance. In this case, you could select the transits to the second natal house, as well as those from the transiting second-house cusp. The resulting graphs would (at least in theory!) reflect the best - and worst - moments of the day for financial matters.
